Chioma Onoshakpor (PhD)
Founder, Boss Babes Nigeria
Dr Chioma Onoshakpor is an award-winning lecturer in Management and Entrepreneurship and the Race Equality Champion at Robert Gordon University. She is a recipient of the 2024 Emerald Literati Award for her outstanding reviewing contribution of academic literature. She is an experienced entrepreneur and accomplished non-profit female advocate leader with 10 years of experience in helping scale businesses of female entrepreneurs in Africa. She runs the Boss Babes Nigeria platform where she advocates for the growth of women through business financing. She has supported over 10,000 female-owned businesses and attracted funding worth N8.25M for these women and continues to advocate for the rights of women and young girls. Her recent project was a business grant pitch competition which saw 15 women win N250k each to use in scaling their businesses as a way to bridge the access to finance gap for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria. As a lecturer at the Aberdeen Business School of Robert Gordon University she delivers lectures in both entrepreneurship modules and core management modules. Her core research interest is in the field of Entrepreneurship and with specific interest in the areas of Gender, Access to Finance and entrepreneurial motivation. She is currently the Co-investigator for an interdisciplinary project titled ‘Design and development of prototype weighing system for remotely operated smart unmanned weighbridge machines’, an Innovate UK funded project worth around £250k. She is also the lead investigator for an Interface Innovation Voucher project aimed at the design and development of a micro-fibre cloth, a project that supports the Net Zero call.
She leads the race equality action group across the University where she explores ways of addressing issues relating to race that are important to staff at RGU. She leads on strategic initiatives to address structural inequalities in academic practices, including learning, teaching, and assessment and representation across all levels of leadership within the university. She has many reputable publications to her name.

Ifeoma Aniekwe (MSc, BSc)

Ifeoma Aniekwe is an experienced customer service and relationship manager with over 15 years in banking and multinational sectors. She runs Vphy Collections, a small business offering luxury body oils, clothing, and beauty products. With a BSc in Sociology & Anthropology and an MSc in Organizational Behavior, she excels in solving personal and organizational needs. A travel enthusiast, she promotes budget-friendly vacations and shares her experiences on her YouTube channel, featuring cooking, lifestyle, and travel stories. Passionate about enjoying life, Ifeoma balances her 9-to-5 job with hobbies and content creation.

Chiazom Nwachukwu (MSc)

Chiazom is a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional who combines strategic thinking with authentic storytelling to drive campaigns that spark real change. With a background in non-profit communications and a passion for elevating untold stories, she crafts content that not only informs but connects.
She is also the visionary behind Mugs & Mindset, a personal brand turned movement, focused on self-awareness, personal growth, and empowering emerging professionals. Through her work, Chiazom is committed to helping women, especially Black women navigating professional spaces, show up with boldness, clarity, and purpose in both digital and real-life rooms.
Whether she’s leading a multi-channel campaign or hosting deep, honest conversations, Chiazom brings heart, strategy, and creativity to every table she sits at.

Known for her tech-savvy approach and strategic creativity, Prisca blends technology and community building to create transformative experiences for thousands of women across Nigeria.
As the creative backbone of Boss Babes Nigeria, she shapes the brand’s storytelling, digital identity, and event experiences. Her eye for detail, authentic communication, and ability to turn ideas into impactful experiences have played a key role in the platform’s growth.

Chinwe Odoh (BA)
Abuja Chapter Head
Chinwe Barinem Odoh is a certified educator with over 8 years of teaching experience and a passion for books and reading. She founded SmartBook Educational Services, an online bookstore helping parents raise children who enjoy reading for pleasure. Holding a B.A. in Education English and a Microsoft Educator certification, Chinwe enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with loved ones. She values continuous learning and personal growth through skill acquisition.
